Brother is in middle east, and is eligible for advancement to QMC. He is in the EOD community, and we can not find any information on his status. Can anyone recommend a website or source of information that we can reference, to find out if he is advanced to E-7. The EOD advancements are not listed with the regular active duty selectees, and we know he is eligible, but cannot find his name. Thanks for any assistance!

And why, under the Bush Regime have we became Terrorists by our own Legal Definition?

United States Code
TITLE 18 > PART I > CHAPTER 113B > § 2331 Prev | Next

§ 2331. Definitions
How Current is This?

As used in this chapter—
(1) the term “international terrorism” means activities that—
(A) involve violent acts or acts dangerous to human life that are a violation of the criminal laws of the United States or of any State, or that would be a criminal violation if committed within the jurisdiction of the United States or of any State;
(B) appear to be intended—
(i) to intimidate or coerce a civilian population;
(ii) to influence the policy of a government by intimidation or coercion; or
(iii) to affect the conduct of a government by mass destruction, assassination, or kidnapping; and
(C) occur primarily outside the territorial jurisdiction of the United States, or transcend national boundaries in terms of the means by which they are accomplished, the persons they appear intended to intimidate or coerce, or the locale in which their perpetrators operate or seek asylum.

""appear to be intended—
(i) to intimidate or coerce a civilian population;
(ii) to influence the policy of a government by intimidation or coercion; or
(iii) to affect the conduct of a government by mass destruction, assassination, or kidnapping; and""" That fits the present, and almost everyday, actions of Israel to a T, and also describes Bush's Actions in invading Iraq.

Israel says that the kidnapping of two Israeli soldiers was an "Act of War", proobably true, but Hesbillah kidnapped the two Iraelis as hostages to trade for the thousands of Lebonese Prisoners Israel has kidnapped from Lebanon over the past 6 to 10 years, why isn't Israel's Kidnappings considered Acts of War?

Israel claims that Lebanon and Hezbellah are in violation of a UN Resolution, true again, but Israel Occupied Lebanon for 20 years in Violation of a UN Resolution demanding their withdrawal, and continues to ignore several Resolutions and World Court decisions that demand them to return all the land they seized in 67' to Egypt, Palestine, JOrdan, and Lebanon, why do we permit Israel to pick and choose what Resolutions they will follow and what ones they will go to War over?

I got the following today. I called the number, and this IS legit. Anyone can do it, family member or friend, so there is no more excuses regarding the cost of boxes, tape, packaging materials and labels. Best of all? It is FREE.

The USPS has a program for military family members and friends to supply them with packaging materials to send packages to troops overseas. If you call 1-800-610-8734 and select option # 1, Ask them for the "Military pack" they will send you boxes, tape, packaging materials and labels. They will also give you an I.D. number so if your supply runs low, you just call them up and they'll send you more supplies. The materials take about four to ten days to receive. I Don't know if any of you have mailed any packages lately, but if you go to mail box etc., they will charge you for the box, tape, peanuts, labels and everything else the can think of! After a while, those charges start to add up!

This is just FYI. I thought it was a pretty good deal and wanted to try and get the word out to anyone that didn't know about this program

My husband and I are moving to Fort Campbell in January. Does anybody there have Cingular? Can you actually get a decent reception on post? When I lived at Fort Knox...alot of cell phones did not get good reception on post.

Is the reception good in the area surrounding Ft. Campbell?

I am using a prepaid cell phone right now, but I need to switch to a 'plan' very soon-fits our needs better. But I don't want to get locked into a contract and then move to a place where the phone doesn't work so great and be stuck!!!

What are your experiences with other cell phone companies? I am primarily interested in Cingular-but I would like to hear what you have to say about others.

Please-any feedback would be much appreciated.

Thank you!!!!

I have so many different bloods in me I've decided that I may not be American after all.

I have a feeling that my white blood cells have declared war on my red cells.

Hell, my German cells are fighting my Italian cells.
My Lebanese cells are fighting my Palestinian cells.
My German cells just declared war on my Russian cells.
My poor damned Polish cells are almost wiped out by my German cells.
My Irish cells are shooting at my Dutch cells.

Damn, if I can't be at peace with myself, how in hell can I tell anyone else how to live together.

BOOM! Oh, ****, someone got killed. So damned much blood I can't tell who.

HELP!

The survey does exist and was passed out to a few hundred Marines in 29 Palms, California, in 1995, but not by the Pentagon. According to an article in NEW AMERICAN magazine in October of 1995 by John F. McManus, the survey was part of an academic project on the part of a Marine Lieutenant Commander Ernest Guy Cunningham who was earning his Masters Degree from the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, California. The survey alarmed some of the Marines and copies soon started being circulated among gun rights supporters. Lt. Cunningham told McManus that he was a member of the National Rifle Association himself and didn't agree with the tone of the questions. He said the survey was intended to confirm and then pass on to higher authorities his fears about "the lack of knowledge among the soldiers about the U.S. Constitution, the Declaration of Independence, and their heritage as Americans."
