The death rate is higher in America than in Iraq, for US Service members, and people in Iraq are trying to kill Service members.
Take all those people over there, and bring them back. The chances of them getting into a fatal car accident are higher than getting shot over there, the chances of them getting shot in America are higher than in Iraq...
Doesn't say much for the bad guys there does it...

If your on a special force like the SEAL your survival rate is above 80%, if you are a merceneries your survival rate is above 67% but if you are just a marine then your survival rate is under 50%

Its pretty good actually.... you hear about the casualties on the news frequently but they never tell you that the other 45,000 troops there are just fine. Over 100,000 guys (and gals) have rotated in and out over the last three years and so far around 2,600 have been killed, not a bad ratio considering the level of violence going on over there every day.

The survival rate, I'm not too sure. But the death rate per month is something like 60 per 100,000 soldiers. Strangely enough, the firearm related death rate in Washington DC is 80.6 per 100,000 per month.

Very good. Look at what has happened in past conflicts. It is more dangerous to live in America as a citizen than to join the military and get sent overseas.

Well you know what i have a friend in the army and he is doing fine it depends how much they send u out on something more than dangerous
