the story -
4-year-old suspended after hugging teacher's aide
By Associated Press

WACO, Texas -- School administrators gave a 4-year-old student an in-school suspension for inappropriately touching a teacher's aide after the pre-kindergartner hugged the woman.

A letter from La Vega school district administrators to the student's parents said that the boy was involved in "inappropriate physical behavior interpreted as sexual contact and/or sexual harassment" after he hugged the woman and he "rubbed his face in the chest of (the) female employee" on Nov. 10.

DaMarcus Blackwell, the father of the boy who attends La Vega Primary School, said he filed a complaint with the district. He said that his son doesn't understand why he was punished

My first job I was at for over a year and a half but was fired. My next several jobs were through a temp agency and never took them seriously so I had about 5 jobs there. Then I went to school for a year but moved to Portland because where I lived before had no good job. I got a job the day I moved here and have been there for about 6 months. I want to make more money and have always wanted to be a police officer. How can I bypass my inconsistent work history in the application process? I am a good person, not lazy, I was just young and wanted a good job. I like my job now it just does not pay.

Thanks for the help!

I travel often. I drive 500 miles a week to work (sometimes stay overnight) and also fly several times a year. I take 12 different medications.
For convenience, I put the medications in those pill boxes that they sell and label them.

My question is: Can I print out a copy of the prescription information in case I am ever questioned about the medication? The printed info has my name, prescribing doc and medication info.

Traveling with 12 bottles of medication is really an inconvenience and it takes up alot of space.

I need to know the legal issue surrounding carrying medication that is not in the original containter

I'm sure most of you have been to a pharmacy lately to buy some cold and flu tablets and have had to show ID in order to buy a product, it is a pain, but what are some of the good points of keeping this system?

Don't you still need a police report even if it's something small.
If we don't call the police, what's keeping the other driver from denying they ever hit us (assuming there's no witnesses)?

All in the title. Can the police (after they have pulled you over for speeding) call a K-9 unit to search your car without a warrant or your consent?

Does anyone know what the drug policy is for Employment as a Police officer with the Milwaukee PD?

No, I don't due drugs; however, I have experimented with a few different types, and the most recent event was seven years ago. I just found out through the Dallas Department recruitment seminar that their policy on experimental use with LSD, and MMDA(Ecstasy) is ten years since last use before you can apply. Does Milwaukee have a similar policy? I did Acid in high school but that was almost 15 years ago, and I tried "X", in 2000, so 7 almost 8 years ago.

Does MPD have a similar policy? I'm totally open to talk about the times I tried them...I didn't like it and drugs just aren't my thing...

I'm looking for real answer on here, because I just did the written last week, and really want to move forward with the Police department. Please no speculations on the matter. So if any one has experience in the hiring of police officer, it would be really appreciated.

Thanks.

If you had a fight with somebody and wanted to bite their cheeks or nose off, could the police analyse the marks and trace them by dental records to you? Or would this be unlikely due to the rough nature of the wound?

Basically, could I get away with biting someone's face apart?

Our property has been the victim of relentless vandalism and tresspassing for almost 4 years. If I capture video of a person or group breaking a beer bottle on the sidewalk or our front yard will the police arrest them? I would also be providing the police with a license plate number and a description of the driver and passenger.

A friend of mine has had allegations made about her about two months ago. It was sent to the school then cps, then the police, and now the prosecutor. The prosecutor has had it for a little over two weeks and no charges have been pressed. What's the deal? What does this mean? The case as been under investigation for two months. No one has spoken to my friend, not even the police. This could be because she lawyered up the min. she heard the allegations. The prosecutor told her lawyer two weeks ago that they wanted her to go and make a statement at the police department and the prosecutor wanted her to take a polygraph. What does anybody with knowledge of this subject make of any of it?

Would you arrest her?

Hey O J haters ---- the worst they can get him with is bad judgment, even if found quilty on one or two lesser charges its unlikly he will do time. So quit hoping he'll do life for murders that he was found innocent of. Short jail term maybe--- Probation IS MORE PROBABLE ---- ACQUITTED WOULD BE TRUE JUSTICE
