if a minor accused you of messing around with her but not sex but fingering and stuff but its not true and her story doesnt make any sense minor is 14 im 18 and she gets caught in lies at preliminary hearing would you take a plea deal or go to trail and do you think it will go to trail inform me of what you think the da would do charges unlawful contact with a minor and corruption of minor(if they belive her story there dumb)

well i am currently on felony probation,and tonight i got into an argument with my fiancee and she was yelling at me outside,(nothing more than yelling)and the neigbors called the police and they came out and talked to us, no one was cited or anything and they told us to knock it off, they did make a case number though, i am just wondering if i will get y probation violated

i was in for felony forgery 3 counts and indentiy theft. i only went to probation for 3 months maybe. when you violate and you turn yourself in are they more leanyent with you. i had 3 years in all 1 year suspended and 2 years on papers also what ever time i have to do is that it im off papers. thanks josh

I was watching Criminal Minds last night and the episode was about some crazy guy that kidnapped 3 girls, held them in his basement and then made them choose 1 of the 3 to kill. He then dropped hammers down for the 2 to kill the 1. Obviously, I know, this is TV. My question is, has anything like this ever happened? Or like the Saw movies, where there is some psycho that kidnaps and holds people and does weird stuff or makes them kill each other? Anything along those lines ever happen in real life? Just curious because we always this kind of killer on TV, just wondering if it has ever really happened. Thanks, links are great.

I asked this question before but now am really unsure. I have no prior experience as a dispatcher whatsoever. I went to observe last night for a few hours and really liked it. It is good money...18/hr plus opportunity for tons of overtime. It is a small police department with 3 dispatchers. I liked it but am unsure that I will be able to multitask etc. There is 4 months of training involved. It is a great police department but if you are not making it in training they will let you know that this line of work is not for you. They may ask me to sign a conditional offer of employment this week.
On the other hand, I have an opportunity to be a probation officer. I have two bachelor's degrees and could put them to use. I would also have to go to the academy for 3 months which is cool. It pays only $14/hr with probably not alot of opportunity for overtime. I know I can do probation. I just don't want to accept dispatcher and then not make it through training and miss the academy. Help!

15 year old male in CA never been in trouble was with wrong people wrong time and the other people tried to steal beer. He was charged with first degree burgarly as well as the others. What are the sentencing laws for a minor committing this crime? Min to Max? Or is there a website I can look at? Thanks for your help

Okay, so I live in Ohio, just got my conceal & carry license a few months back. I don't yet have a weapon. The problem is, since getting it, I'm terrified of getting pulled over just for the thought that they might THINK I'm armed. i know that most molestation cases happen between a child and a close friend of the family or something.
