You could apply for a Special Constable position. I think they would like a commitment of 20 hours per month.

The Special Constabulary now offer a payment scheme that allows you to be an active Constable with the rest of the Cops. There is usually a training period involved, but you will be compensated for this. It normally lasts about 8 weeks and is performed at the weekends and some nights through the week. Our forces scheme will give you £1000 tax free for 41 tours of duty performed ( a tour of duty is 4 hrs long).
Why not give it a bash, who knows you may enjoy it that much that you maight want to apply to the police as a regular!!!!!

There are many part time positions within the Police Force.
google your local force and have a look at their website , perhaps even consider being a special that would involve action or even a Police Community Support Officer.
Good luck
Enjoy

Do you have certifications? Try working a door at a club maybe. And if no certifications, community policing, like citizens on patrol or neighborhood watch but they don't pay.... at all. I am a dispatcher for police fire and ems and I love it. I answer 911 calls and tell the popo's where to go, and even though i am behind a desk i really enjoy my job. And I get paid hardly anything. Its win win

They are always looking for the right answers to" who did it and why". You can provide leads for them but some of those areas are restricted. You could buddy up with " Dog the bounty hunter".

Be a volunteer for your neighborhood watch.
Normally, getting a real cop job or being a dispatcher/IT pro/investigator/etc is a full commitment.
