My baby father got caught with a gun and possesion of cocaine for the second time or third!!! How long would he be in jail for and can I take his parental rights alway?

it was a firearm and I live in the state of wisconsin ans he is a felon. And Can I still take his rights alway as a parent so I wound not have to deal with him for the rest of my life. He never did nothing for my daughter, no child support and my duaghter don't know him as daddy!!!

Depends on where you live and his prior record. For instance if he is a convicted felon and caught with a firearm, he is looking at a stiff jail sentence. As for his parental rights, if he goes to jail you will have some time to research it. I imagine it won't be too hard to get them revoked.

wishfully thinking just fry him and get it over with but in reality prob. about 15-20 and you don't need to take his parental rights away you just don't have to take your child to see him the courts can not make you visit him in jail even if you have his child.
by the time he gets out your child will be an adult and can speak for its self

it really matters if is his second or third time... second he could go to jail with probation....third...long time away...plus you just need to get evidence that he is not a good parent or get him to drop his rights on the kid...
