if a minor accused you of messing around with her but not sex but fingering and stuff but its not true and her story doesnt make any sense minor is 14 im 18 and she gets caught in lies at preliminary hearing would you take a plea deal or go to trail and do you think it will go to trail inform me of what you think the da would do charges unlawful contact with a minor and corruption of minor(if they belive her story there dumb)

Is it that you know your going to jail and your just looking for other child molesters here to agree with you and make you feel better?
And its funny how you slightly change the events of the story each time you post it! Each time you minimize what you did. its you that the jury will never believe. And the only reason you are even thinking of taking the plea deal is because you know your guilty. At trial they will tear you apart and you will get a nice prison sentence! You are scared and should be.... They HATE child molesters in prison. You know what they do to molesters in prison?
Ask your attorney..... they will tell you.

Get an attorney: Keep your mouth shut. Do not write anything about this on any computer unless okayed by your attorney.
Be prepared to explain to your attorney what you mean by "fingering and stuff" with a 14 yo. Peneration is an illegal form of sex between individual of certain age.

"Fingering and stuff" is still considered rape or sodomy, you still penitrated her with your body! If your as inocent as you say you are then why would you even consider the plea agreement? Besides that why would you even put your self in that postion with a 14 year old? Sounds like to me you better get used to being somones girlfriend!! Prison isnt a good place for Cho-Mo's!!!!!!!

if you didn't do it, never say you did. and, you will probably have to register as a sex offender for the rest of your life. so, I would fight it. if you are innocent, never plead guilty to something you didn't do.
