i am 21, live in texas and have no felonies on my adult record, but i have 1 on my juvinile record. can i still get a concealed handgun license?

don't know a thing about Texas law but here's the Calif. law. five years after the age of eighteen one can seal their JV records completely. but depending on the level of security clearance some agency, not much though, could get into them, and a request like yours would be on a very low level.

When you purchase a weapon you will fill out the infamous
BATF form 4473...see link.
Read line 11, part C - does this apply ?
