7 years ago i had 3 police cautions and one time i had to go to court but i was never charged and convited. Would this appear on a enhanced discloser as i wanna get an SIA card in the Security Industry.

You may not have been convicted but if you had to go to court you were certainly charged.

If you get a police caution it means that you admitted the offence(s), and accepted the caution as punishment. Also that you understood it went on your record as a conviction, something you actually appear not to have understood.

Charged but not convicted is not counted, but you do have a criminal record and need to disclose it as required. They do not qualify as spent convictions in this instance.

minor cautions are alive for 6 years ( the same as debts in your credit file). Convictions that had been serious (murder ext) always in your file. I believe in your case you are good enough for SIA card

IT USE TO BE THAT AFTER 7 YEARS LIKE A BANKRUPTCY ON A CREDIT REPORT IT WAS NOT SHOWN.

BUT SINCE 911AND THE HOMELAND SECURITY ACT, EVERYTHING IN OUR PASTS ARE BROUGHT TOT THE TABLE.

EVERYTHING goes on an enhanced check... even if it was 30 years ago...as my wife embarrasingly discovered when the CRB sent it all back...
