ive also gotten i citation for littering my cigarettes but most cars made dont have ash trays..... what do i say in court can i beat my case?

When my bipolar xwife and I were seperated she told me to come to her work. When I showed up she had left and told police she was in fear for her life. I never did anything to her ever. Several police were waiting for me. I told them I would leave. I put my hand inmy pockets to leave. They thought I had a weapon. I did not. 1 officer hurt his shoulder when he tazered me. I was charged with felony assault and put in jail for 5 months. Now I have 3 years probation and my probation officer said even if I am in another state and my x wife calls the police and says she thinks she saw me I can go back to jail. I have no desire to contact her but i would like to see my son. Please help me I am scared to death to even walk out of my house. Again I had no weapon, no drugs, no previous record and never ever harmed my x wife. She wasn't even thee. She just imagined it.

My hubby and I were turning left into an aprtmnt complex and he was sure all lanes were clear b4 turning and there was an SUV that decided not to stay in his lane and changed lanes at the last moment and we were there, all except the very tail end of our car. He hit us in our tail light and knocked us into another car. We were upset because we were ticketed, but the person we hit told the officer that we did everything correctly, but this person who hit us decided at the last minute to get into our lane and we were there already and he hit us. Any advice on how to fight this? We've called lawyers and because there's no financial gain, they won't take the case. Pls help. Serious answers only. Thanks.

Im 30yrs old and have wanted to become a police officer for the longest time. Now I'm worried that my past may stop be for doing what i really want to do. I have had a DUI and Minor Possession of marijuana in the past.. Is it still an option for me or should i just forget about it?

I just finished smoking when we were stopped they smelled the scent and he asked if we had been smoking and I admitted to it and claimed everything (which was really mine).I had a half of a blunt left, I also had a grinder. I have never been in any kind of trouble before. I just want to know what to expect. I'm a college student and I want to know what will happen with school as well.

a statement, and then after he said what had happened they arrested him for aiding and abetting, (being there and not trying to prevent it), ok the incident, five15 yr old boys made "the Works" bomb they learned from you tube, (the works toliet bowel cleaner and aluminin foil blow up when combined in a plastic bottle) 2 boys decided to put the bomb in a mailbox and did, my boy and the other 2 watched from 100yrds away. a coupls hours later the police were outside my house asking my son what happed and that they had already arrested the 2 boys that put it in the mail box. they asked my son if he would go to the station & make a statment. we go do there he tell them he seen the 2 put the bomb in the mail box and go off ,and he watched from 75-100 yards away. Then the police tell him there going to marindize him read him his rights for aiding and abetting after doing this they made him write down on a paper everthing that he had just told them

If a person has a DUI charge in one state that they have not been convicted of yet and then gets another DUI charge in a different state, will the DA of either state take it into consideration that they now have two DUI charges and really throw the book at them? Or would the DA only be allowed to take actual convictions into consideration?

I was upset with my mil and I was telling her off in her face. I did not hit her or had plans to. She told me that something told her, if she hits you pick up something and knock her down. Little did she know I was pregnant with my third child. If she was to actually carry this out, would she go to jail. My mil receives a check every month and she goes to the mental health center. She is 55 years old. She said after this she would call the police. Maybe she would be the one heading down to the police station in handcuffs.

my brother goes to court on nov 7th for a status conference. what does that mean?

I called the cops, he had time to flee. He has now told the detective in charge that i scratched him, and this is why he pushed me? Can he really get away with lying over this. The officers at the scene took pictures of me, a door he punched, and my cell phone which he threw on the floor and broke. Any advice on ehat will happen next?

My husband and I went to the cemetery last night and no sooner than 2 seconds the cops came out of nowhere and told us to freeze. They took down our names and addresses. Are we in any kind of trouble? We have been going to this cemetery day and night for over a year now and this was the first time this has happened. Maybe because it was Halloween?

Around 4am my friends and I got stopped by the police, the only problem was that my friend was taken out, and he got 3 tickets, and I got 2 for allowing him to drive and for having a provisional license (I know that ticket is a 100) but I do not know how much is the other does anybody know? He made up a lie that I picked them up after work and I was tired and 'let him drive', I told him to tell the judge at court the complete truth so I can get the other ticket dismissed, and I technically drove a bit after 5am because the officer took a while to get the tickets together and the only reason I drove was cause the officer told me too, so can that ticket get dismissed too? If anybody knows and can answer me before next friday I'll appreciate it, thanks.
