I guess they could tell the Police who the high level sellers were and if they were all arrested at once their would be a time where crack stopped being on the streets until new drug dealers came in to work the area.

You being a former drug addict...you can see what crack cocaine does to people who are enticed the wrong way.
Simply contact your local law enforcement drug office and provide them with whatever assistance you can give them!

Be a helpful snitch. I have made a few arrests from tips given by crack heads, street people trying to clean up.

DEPENDS ON HOW LONG AGO YOU WERE A FORMER CRACK HEAD?
WHO IN THE ORGANIZATIONAL CHART IS STILL AROUND?
WHOM, WHAT, WHERE, WHEN AND HOW ARE THINGS YOU CAN ANSWER FOR POLICE TO HELP FILL IN THE GAPS.

If you are serious, then you go to the the police, ask to speak to someone is drug inforcement, and explain to them what you want to do.
Also you might want to work thru/with your church.
If this is for real, then I commend you, or who ever it is, and ask that you take safety into consideration....
