My husband and I went to the cemetery last night and no sooner than 2 seconds the cops came out of nowhere and told us to freeze. They took down our names and addresses. Are we in any kind of trouble? We have been going to this cemetery day and night for over a year now and this was the first time this has happened. Maybe because it was Halloween?

You are not in trouble , the police took your names just in case there is any reported crimes or vandalism reported on the cemetery you were in . If there is any reports to come in from last night , they will knock on your door , to investigate you two as a suspect , and or to see if either of you saw anything out of the ordinary , ..No Big deal , they are just covering their @sses and protecting the property ...crazy sh*t happens in grave yards on Halloween ...

Gee, what did you expect. Cemetaries routinely get "trashed" on Halloween. Having your names and addresses taken, does not constitute getting "busted". The cops were only doing their job, trying to protect property (cemetary)

Unless you were issued a ticket, you don't have a problem. You may get a visit if the cemetary was vandalized though. Most cemetaries have a "closing" time posted so you could have gotten a trespassing ticket.

Were you there to visit a gravesite? Or were you there being freaks that like to have sex in a cemetery. If it is after hours, I guess it could be considered trespassing...

I actual have. It became magical. yet then the hallucinogens wore off and that i found out i became in simple terms wrapped in a shower curtain interior the walmart bathroom, status on the toddler changing table.

Yes .. Because it was Halloween ..... However ... there are some wacky folks who from time to time dig up the residents and steel parts ..... Cops watch for that ... especially around Holidays .... (Satanic Hilidays).

they probably thought you were grave robbing, and yea it was probably because it was Halloween
