If you parked illegally (and you sound like you're bang to rights and know it), you get fined. Simple as that. Really lame excuse that there was nowhere to park because of road works, and anywhere, parking outside your flat is not a right. Oh, and I wouldn't bother contesting it, because you'll end up wasting your money and time attending court if that's the best excuse you can proffer

If the ticket was legally issued then you will not get away it. One hour parking means you can only park for an hour.

If the ticket was legally issued, you can't expect to successfully contest it.
You say there was nowhere to park but still parked anyway, what you should have said was there was nowhere to park without me having to walk after doing so, that's how the court would read it.

Was the ticket issued by "security police" or regular officers? If you were parked on a public roadway with a parking time limit, you may as well pay it.

Just pay it and call it a day. If the sign clearly said "no parking", you shouldn't have parked there. It can't be that much money.

Tough, mate. Difficulty parking elsewhere doesn't excuse the offence. I take it it was too far to walk from another street or car-park.

Here's how you get out of the ticket. You pay it!!! Then it is over and done with. Sorry you broke the law, now you must pay the piper.

You can say it wasn't you that parked it there, you could say that you let a friend of yours borrow it but you can't quite remember who it is.
