ask when it was last calibrated.
I love how all the cops on here give me thumbs down and then say, 'just say you are guilty' without even knowing if this person was speeding. Maybe the camera WAS wrong. People and thier blind faith in machines, I swear. How can you tell me that a simple safety switch on a gun can and will fail, but a complicated piece of machinery can't have problems. LOL

The calibration test has to be done periodically for the equipment to be used.
you particularly cant find out yourself.. this is because of the rules of evidence relation to offences presented to court.
You must have a legal rep make a request in writing withing a certain time of the offence...
BUT ill tell you this.. it wouldnt be used if it was not calibrated...
My advice grow a pair and take the punishment...
most courts give a 30% reduction for an early guilty plea

what test? the calibration for the machine?
If you are refering to the calibration test, you dont find out. The court takes his word for it that it was done, it is usually supported by documentation at the shift report, but it won't be disclosed to you because you think it is unfair that you were speeding and got caught.
Simple solution, don't speed and then you don't have to worry about the speeding tickets.

There's a form they have to fill out and sign/stamp in the morning if memory serves.
A solicitor will be able to tell you better

You'd have to trust the cops to provide an authentic, accurate record of the camera's callibration history.
Like that would ever happen...

Are you talking about calibration of the equipment? If so, the officer doesn't do that.
