Depends on the exact charges, the amount you in your possession and the state where it occurred. In many states possession of less than some amount is a fine.
If you had smoked and drove, you could have also been charged with driving while intoxicated which carries some pretty stiff fines, licenses suspension and normally sends your insurance through the roof.

Depends on what state you are in. There are many dif violations...the fact that you were honest is a big plus...I hope you recognize this as the wake up call that it is.
as for the school, depends on you, your parents and the schools policy. Don't know that the record goes to the school, might not.
I certainly hope you learn from this, if only that the high isn't worth the hassle, embarrassment or expense.

You may get off with probation and/or drug classes. As far as school goes, your school shouldn't have any connections with your personal life. If you have a scholarship it might mess with that. Depends on the scholarship requirements. If I was you I'd visit N.O.R.M.L.com it's a website dedicated to the reformation of marijuana laws and can get you in contact with a good lawyer who handles these types of cases.

You will be charged with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance. Possibly charged with a DUI, but looks like you skated on that. Probably a fine community service and some probation.

If you were only charged with possession, that is a misdemeanor in most states, and it's a payout and sometimes some drug testing on probation. IT really varies from state to state. I live in Ohio and that is the case here.

You should learn how to obey the law. Smoking pot is stupid. On top of that, you drove under the influence. You could have killed someone. If you're going to make stupid decisions, don't drive around town subjecting the rest of the community to them.

If your only charge is possession you will pay a fine. I hope you don't lose your financial aid (if you depend on it). I think Clinton's act is if you have 1 joint it may make you ineligible.
