I see a couple of thing here that need to be addressed.
1) Even though it's not a true firearm, you can be arrested!
2) Consider; if the store owner/clerk has a weapon and is willing and able to use it, you could loose your life! not a joke anymore and not worth it!

Actually, either can get you arrested. Brandishing a weapon of any sort (even a toy) is a crime so long as any witnesses or victims believed the weapon to be real.
For more fun, I would realize that there are consequences to every action and do what I could to AVOID an arrest record.

A few weeks ago there was a kid in my city that was shot and killed by the police because he grabbed a realistic looking but fake gun. What an idiot. Thin the herd I say.

both even the orange cap on there isnt cool to carry it in a store a color blind person may not distinguish the orange cap
