You can go and lodge a police report at the police station first. Regards of the report that you make, there will be a investigation officer who incharge your case and they will follow up with this case sometime later. If the guy come to your house outside or come and reach you, you may call the police immediately. When the police come, you can tell them what happen to you now and you can give the police, the report that you lodged previously that he threaten you.

call the police, then call a dear friend or neighbor to be with you until you've calmed down.
Take any spray bottle of perfume with you and have it on hand when "this guy" approaches you. spray his eyes and then run and call 911 from your cell phone. give the 911 operator as much info as you have on this sicko.threats are two types, physical and mental. if it is a physical threat you have every constitutional right to defend your self.use the ball point pen in your pocket through his eye socket,if the threat is psychological ,the pen through the eye still works but you must be certain you felt cornered or had no other means of escaping from what you feared was going to escalate to an assault on you.

if someone is threatening you then you need to contact your local police...but make sure you keep any evidence of the threats...you didn't say how he is threatening you, but if it's by phone then save any voicemails...if it's in writing save any emails or letters...get the idea right?
Good luck.

Call the police. It is illegal to threaten someone. Have specific details of the threats - what he said, when, and any witnesses that may have heard the threats.

Hire a hit man, or just pull out that Kalashnikov and let it do the talking.

THREATS ARE MORE SERIOUS THEN STALKING.
WE NEVER KNOW IF THE THREAT IS PERCEIVED AS A REAL ONE OR JUST BLOWING OFF STEAM.
