You will be banned probably anyway, but if you go to the police and say you think it was you. It may well be that it was not. Is there ant damage to your car? If there is I would try to get your lawyer to make an appointment and get him to go to the police station with you. If were involved in the accident. say nothing without legal advice, be absolutly honest with your lawyer, including the amount you have drunk there is nothing worse than being caught out in Court when your client has lied to you . The fact that you have gone to the police and have been honest will be of help in Court with a plea of mitigation if it comes to that. Take legal legal advice be honest. Above all take the rap if it comes. Do not forget a man died and if you were the reason his family will hate you forever and even more if you try to avoid the police. Try to do it now

If you think you hit someone you probably didn't. If you hit a pedestrian in a way that would kill him then you would have no doubt about it. Is there a large dent or blood on your car? If there is then you did. Go to the police anyway as in time they will catch up with you as there is always someone that sees these things or it is on a CCTV somewhere.

#1 Not leave written state of confession on line.

#2 Having trouble believing this, and it is certainly not a funny statement.

#3 You already left the scene, you left a nightclub so they will assume you had been drinking. If you tell another human being they will likely leak it to the police. If you turn yourself in you will be sent to prison for manslaughter, or murder.

I agree we only had a officer killed in action a quick at the same time as in the past . i don't be attentive to how they do it the two . i assume that whilst it comes to murderers and new child molesters getting caught it is going to be very pleasurable to arrest those low existence's . yet then they bypass to court docket and the court docket gadget at times we could those offenders bypass ( with the aid of improper dealing with of evidence ) that's have been given to be annoying for the officers who spent hours and hours , at times months to get those offenders under arrest So I say definite hats off and a straightforward thank you to all officers who diligently serve their cities and the citizen's of their cities .

The sooner you confess the better for you.

If you discover you were mistaken and hit nobody then give up driving anyway. You clearly were not fit to drive if you do not know what happened.

If this is a joke you need treatment (and that is not an insult just a fact).

What kind of person are you if you have to ask this question. If you are serious and think you hit someone you must go to the police immediately

Well you're really stupid if you continued to drive on when thinking you have hit someone. You need to contact the police immediately.Yes you will be in trouble but each day you leave it then that trouble will be worse. Also you seem to be having problems living with yourself already and will your consence get any easier when reports start coming in about the persons family and the funeral.Only you know the answer to that.Do the right thing and contact the police now.

Call the police and tell them. You will find that it's a lot easier to get through this if you admit you made a mistake than it will be if they hunt you down and your face gets splashed all over the front pages as a murderer.

Just tell them you think you hit someone. They will get to the bottom of it.

If you sell the car or try to tamper with the evidence, you will be committing another crime on top of it all, and will end up spending a long time in prison.
