Okay, so today, my mom got a ticket for 'passing a red light'. Okay, my mom didn't cross a red light she crossed a yellow light and was stuck of the middle of the road when it turned red, so she went and there was another darn guy next to us who passed it but the cops still gave her a ticket. So my mom asked if she can pay a ticket (instead of going to damn court) but they said "NO! YOU HAVE TO GO TO COURT!" Can my mom not go to court and pay the ticket or is the not allowed?

Ok, my Sister, was borrowing our Grandfathers car and was with her husband, and she said she had to run to the store, so he let her borrow it, ( and yes she has her drivers liscence as she is 45) My Grandfather is very protective of his car, so he asked her to hurry up, so...they go to the store and stop to get ciggerettes at the gas station and gas, and on the way back the police stopped them, and asked if they had any drugs in the car, they both said no, and asked why he asked them this, and the cop said he saw them talking to a Black guy, who was well known for selling drugs and was absolutely convinced that she had "something" on her! She explained she did not, and let him search the car, (which he found nothing) and he demanded that she give up what she had hideing on her!
She again stated he was wrong, and she had no idea what he was talking about, so he got mad and said that if she did'nt give it up, he would take the car and have it impounded! To be continued......(edit)

Does the FBI have to inform the local Government that they will be doing operations in their jursidiction? Like say, if the FBI was going to raid a house in a town, would the FBI have to coordinate with the police of that town or does the local or states laws have no bearing on FBI operations. I hope my question is clear enough.

Ive been depressed ever since and my baby doesn't know when he is getting out. I was buying batteries at a store. The store owner asked my name so I told him. Then he asked me what I would name my future kids? He also asked me do I like cats. I was a bit shocked and then told him. He was in his late 50's. I'm sorry do men ask this to a lady they never even seen or met before?

Now, i am suing him in small claims for a $60 battery which was new, that died the next day. Found out it was a defective battery, and that my phone only accepted a brand name one. He refused credit to my account or a refund. He knowingly sold an incorrect battery. He also has many outstanding negative remarks about his business-this I found out later. Can this personal stuff that he was asking me be a ploy, creepy, or what? Should I bring this up in court as well?

That seems like a stuiped question what I'm asking is can I profit from whatever personal injustice I've been exposed to? My pasteur lied and told the police that I wanted to murder someone by pouring sulferic acid on his face because I told him that he would drown in the burning lake of fire and brimstone and then he called my father and said that Iw as full of anger and bitterness and hate, ruined my reputation at university... How much money can I milk off of this guy? I almost got charged with attempted murder and have a police record.

There is a guy who is constantly harassing me for sex.... he e-mailed me at work numerous times demanding sex from me saying "why won't you suck me?" how much money can I milk off of this guy?

On shows such as Lockdown they show how inmates in California segregate themselves and they have 3 main groups...white supremacists, southern Mexicans, and blacks. What if someone is none, all of the above, or just sees themselves as an individual . Do they form an "other" group?

Got a citation ticket.
I got it about a year ago, and I wrote a reason to appeal it.
I have never heard from them since then, and I actually left the states to Japan.
The bad news is I don’t have the ticket with me anymore; there is no way I can find out my situation by using their city web-site.
Here I am planning to visit America again, and I am abit worried. Does this affect my visit( passport to enter the state, to be specific) ?

I have recently purchased a german shepherd and he was big as a pup.
He is now 5 mo. old and weighs 60 lbs.
I am very concerned.
He eats twice a day, 14 oz. each meal with a biscuit.
He is perfect and has a waiting list of over five years for his pups because of his perfection. He is going to be bred to an amazing female, both German and all the pups will go for free to police, sheriffs. military, where they will save lives.
He is worth a fortune and I only want the best for his future.
His pups, once vetted will be fed, armoured and given what they need in order to save lives in the future.
He is already going for his BH and is definately the smartest dog I have ever had the priveledge to take stewerd of.
He could track at two months and although a hard dog, he is appropriate in every situation he has been in.
I am concerned about his size although his line is all OFA and OFEL excellent to good..
Please tell me if you know of any tips.
He is fearless. His name is Tank

I'm writing a movie and the main character is being questioned by the FBI in Houston. And in the scene I just wrote, he was arrested by the Houston police and the FBI are now taking them into their custody. But my question is: Do they have their own jail facility? Or would they just keep him in the Harris County Jail? I'd rather he be transferred to an FBI holding facility, but wasn't sure if such things existed and don't want to make my movie unrealistic by inventing one. Any help on this would be great.

I know I just asked a question about this an hourish ago, but the asnwers make it seem like we work in a huge company or something, but we are only 15 so there is no company to complain to because it was a volunteer job. Anyways, one of my friends was in an uncomfortable situation for 4 months and we feel like it was sexual harassment. He was atleast 40 years old and he was hitting on a 14 y/o. He made jokes about removing her clothing and using corporal punishment (the belt, spanking) becuase she made afew harmless errors. Before we take action we were wondering if by law this would be sexual harassment?
