That seems like a stuiped question what I'm asking is can I profit from whatever personal injustice I've been exposed to? My pasteur lied and told the police that I wanted to murder someone by pouring sulferic acid on his face because I told him that he would drown in the burning lake of fire and brimstone and then he called my father and said that Iw as full of anger and bitterness and hate, ruined my reputation at university... How much money can I milk off of this guy? I almost got charged with attempted murder and have a police record.

There is a guy who is constantly harassing me for sex.... he e-mailed me at work numerous times demanding sex from me saying "why won't you suck me?" how much money can I milk off of this guy?

Listen.......... I think you need to maybe talk to someone on a professional level about these issues. Just from reading over you question... two times........ I can see you have something or some real issues bugging you that you need to resolve.

And I must tell you, you can not get charged with attempted murder for some one telling the police that you told them anything. And a person of the clergy has an oath of silence so he must see some serious issue if he broke that oath.

And, yes, sadly in today's world you can sue anyone for anything. Just find an attorney to take the case and your off to the court house.

As far as the guy and the emails.... why do you not block his emails or just delete them with out reading them?

you'll get nothing..

it's the pastor's word vs. yours.

further, you must PROVE damages.

very difficult to do without sounding/seeming crazy.
most judges would side with a pastor in a he said/she said situation, unfortunately.

As for the harrassment for sex, if you haven't asked him to stop (or reported him to the police if you have asked and he hasn't stopped), there is no basis for claim. Especially as it would be redirected at you to see if you gave him your email or encouraged his behaviour in any way.
Sad, but true.

further, again, you'd have to prove damages to collect damages:
ie: a psych evaluation, attorney fees, etc. which would cost you cash and could backfire. If you don't prove your case, you could be forced to pay all associated court costs, and could be charged with harrassment for bringing the court case as well.

on top of all that, you are now on record as admitting you are trying to "milk" these two individuals for money.
that alone seriously undermines your case.

you'd lose.
I suggest you find someone to talk to about your anger.

And no, you can't "milk" any money out of me for giving you free advice that you don't like.

Prob ZERO on both. BUT, if you save e mail from the sex stalker & sue him for harrassment you got a shot at some Christmas cash next year.

Don't try to exploit $$$ from a "man of God". God will get that one for you on His terms. Suing a church takes $$$ from the members and the public, not the parishoners.

If you are talking about filing lawsuits if people just look at you the wrong way, forget it.
