Possession by a minor
Curfew violation
Attempt burglary from motor vehicle
Felony evasion

I think if it is a first offense he might (stress might) get probation, but his parents are looking at major fines, and at minimum he is looking at a lengthy probation, court fees & restitution.

It's actually going to depend on how strict the system is in your area. The area I worked as a police officer and deputy, was unfortunately pretty easy going on juveniles. There are quite a few charges that I would have nailed him for. The amount of laws broken would make it seem that he's headed for detention for at least a while anyway, probably followed by community service and juvenile probation.

Lets review the charges:

Minor In Possession: Misdemeanor

Resist Arrest: Misdemeanor

Tampering with cars, could be one of these charges:

Burglary Auto: Felony

Criminal Mischief: Misdemeanor.

And the entire event results in a Drunk and Disorderly charge, too... another Misdemeanor.

Chances are good that they are heading to Juvenile.

Sounds like enough charges to land the 15 year old in juvenile hall for a while. Looks like we have:
Minor in possession
Drunk in public
Evading and eluding
Most likely resisting arrest
Vandalism of the cars.

Good Luck
Peace out

most likely you would go to juvie, they won't release you to your parents, not with all those charges
