money....bottom line....what a wonderful legal system we have in this country where you can buy whatever kind of justice you can afford....those who have it walk, and those who don't do time....cynical? not in the least....been there done that seen people walk on the same charges i couldn't afford to get defense for....and take a look at O.J. ,Phil Spector, Robert Blake, need i say more?

Pardons are very, very hard to come by and very, very few people with convictions get them and even then only years later. Plus, if they went to jail, I hardly call that getting off scot free. You pretty much can't get one if it was a violent crime. The only easy way to get one is if you are a FOB (friend of bill)
