There is a middle school age kid who constantly gets into my garage. I've asked him to leave, and he either won't, or he will but throws stuff (my stuff) in the process, kicks my car, etc. He has stolen a whole bunch of stuff from my garage which I went to his house and got back. His grandparents say they'll say something to them but it's the same old stuff. He's broken into many houses in this neighborhood. Noone will call the cops cause he has 'special needs'. He knows what wrong and right are, clearly. He tells me I can't tell him what to do, it's my husband's house and not mine. (?) I have to open my garage door at times, my children have bikes to get out, gardening, etc. He is so mean and threatening. Any ideas?

and you knew you were guilty and going down for years unless you sang...would you testify against them?

Or would you go to prison instead?

Alright, i was going 22km/h over. I got pulled over, and the ticket was reduced to 10km/h over. The fine for 10 over is $40 and no points. Should I fight it? Like, will I win and what should I say? If i fight it and don't win...will the insurance company find out about it...even tho there are no points? Any help is appreciated. Btw, I live in Ontario, Canada. Thanks

All 3 boys are 16 years old. I will call them (A) (B) & (C). One boy(A) was in his truck waiting, the other two boys(B & C) went into the store. Boy(C) put alcohol in cart. Went by door and Boy(C) grabbed the alcohol and ran out of store. Boy(B) ran out also with nothing in his hands. Boy(C) jumped in the car with the alcohol and boy(B) got caught by the security guard. Boy(B) was arrested for Robbery which is a felony. What will happen in court? We live in Orange County, California.

im not supose to park on my street over night but i do it anyways...i just pay the $15 fine...i already got a lot of tickets...is it ok to get alot of parking tickets? can they suspend my license for parking tickets?

I recently was pulled over for a minor traffic violation and was just going to receive a warning... the officer then tells me tat he must take me in because of a warrant for my arrest from 2005.
He explained, during booking, that it was for a failure to appear in court... after given the information, i concluded that i had infact been to court on that date and i contacted the city hall where i live. they tell me the have no evidence of me being present that day... i now am out $200 for bond and im sure i will have to pay even more after my court date for something that i didn't even do!!!.... Is there any way i can prove that i am innocent?

I had my license suspended in 05 for a few months due to a city ordinance violation. How would i have known that my license was going to be suspended if i hadn't gone to court, and i never received a mailing about my warrant...

I work with the homeless veteran population in a 2 year transitional housing facility. My job is to find housing for my clients when their two years are up. Their rent is currently 30% of their income which is usually a pension from social security or the VA. None of my clients get more than 900/mo... some get only 600/mo.

Several of my clients have felonies on their record from when they were in their 20s... they're now in their late 60s and don't qualify for affordable housing through the housing authority bc of their background. Where do seniors who have felony backgrounds live when all they have is their social security to live off of?

I live in Las Vegas and have contacted metro and they didn't know. I'm waiting on a call from a case manager at one of the correctional facilities for any halfway houses that are around, but I'm wondering if it would be affordable... esp for my clients that only recieve 600/mo. Any ideas?

Me and my fiance got into a argument about 1 year ago. There was no physical abuse what so ever, but my fiance was so mad (which he had right to be), and broke the front door. Someone called the police and they took pictures of the door handle and indent, then took my love off to jail. The courts put a no contact order against me and him, which I was against, thinking it was unsafe for me and our child. My fiance is a great father and partner.. Since then they mad him go to angermanagement and everything, but they wont take off the no contact order against us. I dont know what to do.. This is really setting us back in life. We want to get married ASAP.. But can we?? With a no contact or in place?? Please help!!!

Someone told me that an officer cannot shoot their radar guns while driving because it does not work while on the move and that it only works if they are still along the road or highway. is this true?

Dragstrips are a joke to me. They're only a quarter mile.
You will NEVER get your vehicle to max out at that distance and all you do is just drive in a straight line. I know there's probably no street where I can max out that Camaro Z28, so if I have to settle for a race track, where can I do this?
How much do they charge?



I just don't think it's fair that I have to settle for a race track or some stupid "dragstrip" and PAY if I just wanna speed my
8-cylinder to its top speed.

this is a question for a police officer/fbi agent/ any one who uses hand cuffs in their professions. how would you hand cuff aperson with one hand or one arm... I realize that this is one of those questions thats not supposed to have an answer but it got me thinking about it and there has to be a way to do it

cinder blocks in a cooler with fake blood on the outside (a wig partially sticking out along with a bag kinda sticking out and cloth). We saw them heading our way and we started taking this outside while one roommate opened the trunk. We acted startled (one ran into our backyard the other ran in the house while I and another roommate ran with the cooler back in the house). Within the hour the cops knocked on the door (they were not ammused). They said that we should be thankful that they were not going to arrest/fine us "this time". Other than having an immatture sense of humor, what laws did we break?

i half to say something on the case of the gena six why is it that it dousnt surprise me that in a white neiberhood blacks would be overly punished i mena they had a freakin white tree and on top of that they hung nooses on it i think that white kid is lucky he just got a beat down i f there was ever a right time to have a knife fight that would of bean it id like to see how those kids would do if they went to south clinton its a school in minniapolis hard core and almost all black the techers wouldnt of even yelled at them for the beat down there what do you think

i never tail gate i don't do a lot of lane changes. and when i do i signal. no swevering in and out. but when i get a open space i like to fly 80 or over. my car is fairly new always keep good rubber on it. and the road is straight. so whats wreckless. i have see off duty cops going home pass me. they never get pulled over why, also i am 47 never had accident

I just got a ticket for a fender bender, i want to plead not guilty and i am sending it in for a court date, but the cop did not write a ticket number on my ticket. what can i do? does that mean the ticket is invalid now or something? The envelop i have to send to the court needs my ticket number. do i leave it blank?

didn't get violent, but I messed up his room real bad after and during the incident b/c he dragged me across the floor several times. He was trying to have me leave the only reason I resisted is b/c he was pushing and dragging me (see my last Q posted for incident details). Now my Q is, if I change my mind to press charges, the detective said it's likely the DA could order us to take anger management. If this happenes, will this order and incident come up during a background check on me? I'm a 24 yr. old college grad looking to go further w/ my education and career, so I don't want anything bad like this to possibly come up and hurt my future. Any advice.? Did I do the right thing by having the report filed and not taken to the DA? My ex charged me b/c while arguing I threw a piece of candy at him. But like the detec. said, he didn't have to put his hands on me, even if it was to get me to leave. I need to decide if I'm going to call back the det. this am. to press charges. Pls Help
