Me and my fiance got into a argument about 1 year ago. There was no physical abuse what so ever, but my fiance was so mad (which he had right to be), and broke the front door. Someone called the police and they took pictures of the door handle and indent, then took my love off to jail. The courts put a no contact order against me and him, which I was against, thinking it was unsafe for me and our child. My fiance is a great father and partner.. Since then they mad him go to angermanagement and everything, but they wont take off the no contact order against us. I dont know what to do.. This is really setting us back in life. We want to get married ASAP.. But can we?? With a no contact or in place?? Please help!!!

The only thing you can do is contact an attorney and appear before the judge who issued the order. It is in both of your best intrests to follow the order that has been issued very carefully.

Contact a lawyer. Personally, once someone got that violent near me, I'd have second thoughts about his being in my life, but you know this guy, I don't. Only a lawyer can tell you if the order pertaining to your case can be resended or not. Even then, you still might have to deal with CPS who may come in and take your child. I had to get my ex out of my life because the state threatened to do that with me.

Your best bet is to get an attorney. If you do get married with the no contact order in effect it could result in him going to jail. Better safe than sorry. Get an attorney to go to court and get the no contact order removed.

USUALLY NOT ALWAYS ANGER MANAGEMENT IS A PRECONDITION TO THE JUDGES ORDER THAT STIPULATES IF THIS IS DONE THEN THIS WILL BE CORRECTED.

WHEN THE COURSE WAS COMPLETED DID HE RECEIVE A DIPLOMA OR CERTIFICATION OF COMPLETION?
IF NOT THEN HE MAY BE IN CONTEMPT OF COURT?

CHECK OUT WHAT HAPPENED. THEY CAN MAKE YOU GO TO ANGER MANAGEMENT BUT IF YOU DO NOT GO OR DO NOT PARTICIPATE THEN WHAT HAVE YOU ACCOMPLISHED BY GOING? (YOU CAN LEAD A HORSE TO WATER, BUT YOU CANNOT MAKE HIM DRINK)

YOUR BOYFRIEND / FIANCEE DOES HAVE A SHORT TEMPER AND NEEDS TO CONTROL HIS MOOD SWING.

WHAT IF NEXT TIME HE HITS YOU NOT DOOR?
HAD AN INMATE THROW A CUP OF ORANGE JUICE AT A SOCIAL WORKER BECAUSE SHE WOULD NOT GIVE HIM A PASS TO GO GET HIS LICENSE PLATES RENEWED (PRO BALL PLAYER) CHARGED HIM WITH ASSAULT. ATTORNEY LAUGHED AT THE ORANGE JUICE CAPER. WHEN I TESTIFIED I STATED " THANK GOD IT WAS ONLY ORANGE JUICE. WHAT IF HE HAD A POOL QUE, A HOT CUP OF COFFEE?" FOUND GUILTY. EVEN DEFENDER SAID HE NEVER SAW IT THAT WAY?

What?! Courts don't uaually place no contact orders, they are requested by a person. Also it may not be the door next time, it may be you or your children.
