i want to know if there was a cop serial killer, not a killer who killed only cops, but a cop who was a serial killer
if possible, a website or a name of the killer (who is a cop) would work

Craig Peyer - CHP
He was convicted of one murder, and has refused DNA testing.
There are several disappearances in San Diego County that are attributed to him, but have never been proven.

I've heard of ex cops turning to crime, their knowledge of police procedures made them particularly tough to deal with. I remember hearing about an ex cop who was a serial bank robber. Never heard of a cop who moonlighted as a serial killer. It's great Hollywood fiction though.

Don't know of any serial killer cops, but there have been cops who killed (and NOT in the line of duty). One is on death row in Louisiana:
