You would have to contact his family to find out info about him, or he would have to contact you.

Cases for minors under 18 are not public record. If the person is over 18 you can get the case/trial/sentencing transcript from the stenographer or court reporter. Contact the clerk of court the person was charged in to find out exactly.

You will have to get the address from his parents. The state of California will not release that information to someone who is not a close relative.
