Will I be eligible for traffic school even though I am not from the state and have had a ticket in the past 18 months but in a different state? I am debating fighting the ticket since the cop was driving towards me when he clocked me and said I was going 63, but by the time he was behind me I was definitely not going more than 55. The speed limit on almost the entire stretch of highway is 55, and there was even a sign about 100 feet behind where he pulled me over that said 55 but he said there was a stretch for a little that was 45 and he gave me a ticket for a 63 in a 45. I also feel I was targeted because of my CA plates since there was a car ahead of me with NY plates that I wasn't even gaining ground on. Do you think I have a case?

So I'm guessing the child would be kept by a close relative, but after the prisoner gets out of jail, would the child go back to the ex-prisoner or stay with the close relative? Would it matter the crime?

I carry concealed because the high risk of being killed and/or robbed because of my job. Ive had my CCW permit now for 2 years and thankfully ive never had to use my firearm (glock model 31) I have had an instance were i had to draw my weapon because of someone who had a hammer and was threatening my wife but luckily ive never had to shoot anyone. My question is, to those who carry ,concealed have you ever had to use your weapon and why?

This is a tricky one. My husband, who will be 19 before his court date for this citation, was the Designated Driver for three of his (of-age) friends. He drove them to a local club, then headed home. Unbeknownst to him, one of the guys had left an empty cup in the car that apparently had a mixture of Vodka and punch in the front seat. It was, of course, empty at the time and had been thrown in the floorboard of the front passenger seat. An officer pulled my husband because his seatbelt appeared to be just draped over his shoulder. (He was using the friend's car- in which the seatbelt on the driver's side is broken) The officer insisted that he smelled alchohol, searched the car, and found this empty cup. He asked my husband to take a Feild Sobriety test and a breathalyzer (he of course agreed) and, after making him blow three seperate times, finally accepted the fact that my husband had not been drinking. (He doesn't drink- he just DD's for his friends). (see details below)

We Rol
S Polygraph Results & Experts are needed please...?
I took a polygraph for a job, and the job returned 2 weeks later to advise me that my results were "inconclusive" and that I would have to re-take the exam. Well I re-took the exam and I got the same results. I am not sure what this means. I was as truthful as I could be. Why are the examiners unable to make a decision? If I keep yielding the same result, does an agency automatically disqualify you?

Driving is our constitutional right not a privilege
how is it that states and police can constantly spit on the constitution of the united states even haul you to jail, for example for not having a valid drivers, licenses which is not required by constitutional law, state law and never be different than constitutional law how is it that all this takes place without the imprisonment of officers senators, governors and lawyers?
The use of the highway for the purpose of travel and transportation is NOT a mere PRIVILEGE, but a COMMON AND FUNDAMENTAL RIGHT of which the public and individuals cannot rightfully be deprived It could not be stated more Conclusively that a Sovereign Man in the 50 united States of America has a RIGHT to travel, without approval or restriction, (license), and that this RIGHT is protected under the U.S. Constitution.

If any Sheriff or Police Officer has myspace, I would love to ask a ton of questions that I have on my mind. It's my biggest goal & dream becoming either one myself, at a young age like 16, but I'm working my way up the dream... but I need to ask a ton of questions and not make it public like this.

Thank you for your time.
