Im an explorer for the nearby fire department. Alot of the guys know how to tag a hydrant but I don't. I've been in the program for a month now but i feel like I really want to be a firefighter. Can anyone tell me how or where i can go to learn to tag a hydrant?

Ask the Firefighters. Thats what the explorer programs are there for. By asking questions not only will you learn but it will show everyone on the dept that you are serious about what you are doing. Good luck with becoming a Firefighter, your going to love it!!!

Yes run up to it and slap it hard, say you are it.
Read your training manual. Dont ask fire science questions in a place where you proberly will not see the correct answer. Fire science is not a joke. STUDY
