well usually they tell you your rights when you get arrested in the us and they recite them like this : you have the right to remain silent anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law. you have the right to an attorney during now and all further questioning. if u cant afford one one will be appointed to you. do you understand these rights as i have explained them 2 u? also ur innoncent until proven guilty. u also have the right to a fair trial

I agree that the Miranda gives you your rights when you are arrested. However, don't count on the "attorney" part if you own anything that can be sold to pay your own fees. Getting that "free" attorney comes with all kinds of stipulations. "If you cannot afford one" is is not exactly as it appears.

You are guaranteed three rights, known as the Miranda Rights, after a gentleman named Miranda who won a court case becaues he was not reminded of these rights upon arrest. You've heard them, or something like them on tv (likely) a thousand times. I bet you can look up the rest on your own. ;)

You have the right to remain silent, anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law. You have the right to an attorney and to have that attorney present with you during questioning. If you chose to give up that right, we will stick you with the dumbest MF lawyer we can find and then throw you in jail for the rest of your life with bugs and rats to eat.

No rights, none whatsoever. You go before some old senile and ignorant judge who decides an amount of your bail than they place you in stinking prison full of criminals such as murderers, rapists, etc. if you lucky enough someone posts your bail and you are "free" until trial date. During the trial either same or different old senile and ignorant judge decides your fate. American criminal justice system is the worst in the world. FU!
