If a company (usually a dot com) sercretly paid a person to end up in a televised car chase with police wearing , let's say, a windbreaker or whatever with their company logo/trademark, like how boxers have temporary Golden Palace.com tattoos on the bare skin of their backs, how much trouble would the company get into?...assuming the person being chased or the whole event isn't obviously found as or blatantly advertising said company?
On the other hand, how much trouble will the lot get into if they were doing it on purpose? What charges can be brought, the severity, and to whom? Who goes to the slammer?

I think this has already been done by flashers at sporting events? at least I think so. What would happen if you posed the question to this situation?

A friend of mine was arrested and fined over $200 for going on a walk at 2 am - the curfew is 11 pm.

I see these cars and wonder if the drivers feel that they have an increased chance of getting pulled over as most probably aren't insured and it shows. (No, I'm not asking for me. I drive a nice car with insurance from Farmer's.)

I have a felony from a minor drug offence on 11/9/00. I sold a small amount of pot (8 grams) to an undercover cop. i was sentenced in january of 02. I was given the felony because i would not assist the officers in setting up others, therefore i was given an ungraded felony,and it was also my first offense, but i live in a small rural area. i want to join the military but cant because i was given a delivery charge. therefore i want to join the french foriegn legion but need a passport to get there. what do i do?

i received a lovely speeding ticket this evening i have no idea why it was 55 in a 45. 10 miles over i didnt think they stopped anyone for that stuff. any way so the guy writes it out and all that i flip it over and there is no fines on the thing it has court date which i do not have to appear for apparently. i dont really know what this means anyone help me out with this?

A police officer was fatally shot and run over by a man who had assaulted him four years earlier, authorities said Saturday. The shooter, a cousin of ski champion Bode Miller, was then killed by a passer-by who grabbed the officer's gun.

Attorney General Kelly Ayotte said Liko Kenney, 24, shot Cpl. Bruce McKay four times, then ran over him with his car after a traffic stop Friday evening.

Gregory Floyd, who was driving by with his son, grabbed McKay's gun, then shot Kenney when he refused to put his gun down, Ayotte said.

I lost my driver's license at the bar last weekend and can't decide whether to get a new one in the state where I am temporarily living and working and attending graduate school (I have a year left in this state), or to go back to my home state next door (my "permanent residence" and the state from which my parents claim me as a dependent on their taxes) to get it. Does it matter which state I get it in? Will I have to take another driver's test? I'm planning to move back to my home state and so don't really want to live there for the next eight years with an out-of-state license. Or could I get my license here now and also get another one when I move back?

If i were a cop, and another cop was doing something wrong, he could kiss his butt goodbye because I would tell on him. If he tried to kill me, i'd get the drop on him and he'd go first. I hate loser cops!!! I use to be a corrections officer and I did tell on one of my fellow officers once. He hated me, but too bad. What makes him think he can get away with things others cannot.

They were close enough to hit him with batons and pepper spray, one repeatedly yells he's charging, seconds before the shooting they check their crossfire. Read both links closely for conflicting "facts" Transcripts were never published but on line paper only. This shooting outraged citizens as did 2 other in this county.

Ok, I NEED to find the phone number to Petersburg Federal Prison. FCC Petersburg. I've tried google, I've tried the prison's website, anywho.com, yellow pages.com. Pills.How do I file a Complaint to recover my stolen meds ? Who do contract about this ? It's a lawn business, his workers go to homes and do their yards, and then bring all the debris back to his house. They throw it into a huge, noisy metal bin at 6:30am. He needs to be doing this BS in a business zone, not a residental one. It doesn't seem like a police matter. What agency do I call to report him?

So I am driving down the i-90 trying to get home from college and to my left is a patrol car I slow down...but haha...too late :( ...the red and blue lights go on and I am like about to **** my pants. He asks me why I think i am getting pulled over and I said I think I was going to fast...and I got really nervous...and he goes like...maam..how fast do you think you were going...i'm like eeeh...like 75-80. He goes like you were doing 83 on a 65 zone. He gives me this slip that I need to send in 15 days saying weather I am guilty or not...The place where I got pulled over is approx. 7 hours from home. Is this even worth pleading not guilty? I am thinking of pleading not guilty just to apologize for going so fast but also thank him for pulling me over because maybe if he hadn't I would raced down at the the wrong time and crashed. I really learned my lesson. This was also my first time getting pulled over...ever. Or should I just avoid the hassle and plead guilty? What will happen?

What can the police do if they find a minor growing 5 or less marijuana crops? Are the paremts going to be charged or will the minor be charged or will noone be charged? Is this a felony or a misdomeanour and what are the amount of the charges or jailtime if there is any?

He bought them legally in Illinois they are registered to him. We've since moved to Hammond Indiana about 15 minutes away from Illinois, he does not have a gun card in Indiana nor does he plan on getting one.
