they have had several drug arrests and each time have had over 20 g's in cash, and kilos of cocanine. they purchased a 400,000. home and the husband is incarcerated obtain additional loans using his janitorial service whose only legit income was 800.00 per month for 16 months. I don't want to write a letter to the credit bureaus cause they will notify them and I am afraid. I called choice point and they would only take information, even though it can be easily verified from other companies they do business with or dmv reports.

We were at a light and were talking about the light being red and stoping. She is almost three in July. Well about a few seconds later I heard scretching and saw the driver in my rear mirror coming at me and BOOM! Our van was totaled and the truck. He had a big chevy truck. The guy that hit us had no license, no ins, no english speaking and was under the influence of alchcohol. He had a open bear can in his cab.
Thank god my daughter and I made it! I hurt real bad all over, especially my neck. We were taken to the ER by ambulance and were checked out okay. I have a lawyer coming over tomorrow, but should I see a doctor before the lawyer comes? to have on record? Or does it matter, since they ER gave me a CAT scan? my daughter saw her doctor today and was fine. She also had a chest xray at the hosp. She is fine too. oh yes he was arrested and handcuffed but did not get a breath test. Do they do that at the station? I will call tomorrow to see if a report has been made yet?

this is in a school zone the limit is 20 miles per hour at all times not just during school that part is clear here is the confusing part when you come into town on one side going towards the school the speed is 55 then 50 then 35 then 20. but if you come the other way towards the school away from town its 35 then 20 then it doesnt change back until you hit 55 zone so how come on one side of the street you can drive 35-50 but on the other its 20 ? i never know if they just didnt put up a sign or what and if i do get caught going 40 in that part where the limit is 50 on the other side will i get a ticket? so just to be clear cause i know its confusing if you and i were comming towards each other your speed limit is 50 while mine is still 20 even when we pass on the road.

Who does Paris Hilton think she is? Above the law? She had three chances to abide by the rules. SHE BROKE THE LAW. I don't care who, she is. SHE BROKE THE LAW. If the Governor of California, gives her a pardon, what a disgrace to him, society and those who have lost loved ones to drunk drivers. She is not being used, as an example. Many have driven drunk, and many have paid the consequences when caught. She is no different. She was caught, breaking the law. She needs to be punished, just like the rest of those, who break the law. She is looked upon, by younger teens, as a role model. Its not her fault, that her and those who look upon her, parents are totally clueless. Put mommy in prison with her then. Her mother is screaming foul. What justice, would there have been, if Paris would of drove drunk and killed an innocent person? Report me all you want. She was wrong. Admit it.

A large public utility company faces the possibility of a strike. The company has mandated that some non-union employees will report to work and those employees are told they will work a 12 hour day, 6 days a week or face the possibility of losing their jobs. Is this legal? Can they force people to cross a picket line and make them work these hours?

I am on probation as of a year ago and last month at a court review I was "relieved of supervision".. which means that I am still on probation but I don't have to check-in or follow the terms of probation like curfew, etc. One of the terms of my probation is that I can not receive my license until im 17. But since I was relieved of supervision does this mean that I can get my license now? If i call the dmv will they be able to tell me? Also, when would be too early to start driving school? How long is the completion certificate good for?

Thanks for your help. And please dont reply if your not knowlegable to some degree in this field.

I was illegally stopped, coerced, and illegally arrested. My trial is scheduled for January of 2008 (so much for a speedy trial). How important is it for me to wait until this trial is over before I file a civil suit for police brutality, or is it OK for me to file this civil suit while I am waiting for my trial?

I am an American citizen applying for Canadian perment residency so I need a police certificate from the state of California. I went to the website (http://ag.ca.gov/fingerprints/index.php) and it said that I need to provide the fingerprint card, fee and the request letter I received from immigration Canada. I called the bureau at the number from the website and it had a recording which said I need to have special forms mailed to me.

Can I get the police certificate by just sending the fingerprint card, fee and request letter from immigration Canada or do I need to submit the request using the forms from the California Department of Justice?

In the state of PA, someone comes up to you in the hall and moves in front of you. He then throws his shoulder into you causing you to fly a few feet into a locker. He then laughs and walks away with his jock friends. If he keeps doing this can I press charges? Isn't this assault and battery? Can I press charges if it happens again?

So some local bum cop gave me a parking ticket for parking in a 2 hour zone. It's in a neighborhood close to my school, but I'm not bothering anyone and i'm wayy in the corner and not in front of anyones house. Ticket is for 20 bucks and honestly the local country is rich enough, so i'm planning NOT to pay. I heard Obama had a ton of parking tickets as well. So if I just compleatly ignore it what will happen?

last night i was visiting a friend, a fellow furre as myself. i went to thier house in my wolf costume and nothing underneath. anyway it takes a long time to get to the house. as i was driving back i had to use the restroom BADLY not having any place else to go i went inside of a Publix and decided to look for one there. just so you know(i dont have any pix so ill just describe it)my wolf suit looks just like a regular mascot costume but with bra-cups underneath to look like a chest. no clothes but nothing i would consider bad anyway. i guessed they would just think i was a mascot for a team or something.. but shortly after leaving the bathroom i was being questioned by the police in front of the store! he said ppl had been complaining about me. then he asked for my name and i seriously dont know what came over me but i said "Makoto Whitefang" to make it short i was charged w/ lying to an officer (my name) and they said my costume was indecent! i have to go to trial soon.is that fair??

Hello. Thanks for responding.

Im traveling to Las Vegas this month with my sister, who is ill and has a prescription for medicinal marijuana (diabetes, pancreatitis, lupus, arthritis, tec.)

She is wondering what the Nevada laws are for this type of medication - Im aware that Nevada used to be a Zero Tolerance state, but not sure anymore...

Also, what are the dangers of carrying it on a flight?? Can she use her California ID to enter a marijuana club in Nevada (if they have them?)??

Any help is appreciated. And, please keep your comments to yourself - you'd be amazed if you saw the recovery she has had since using pot instead of 23 different prescription pills....
