Hello. Thanks for responding.

Im traveling to Las Vegas this month with my sister, who is ill and has a prescription for medicinal marijuana (diabetes, pancreatitis, lupus, arthritis, tec.)

She is wondering what the Nevada laws are for this type of medication - Im aware that Nevada used to be a Zero Tolerance state, but not sure anymore...

Also, what are the dangers of carrying it on a flight?? Can she use her California ID to enter a marijuana club in Nevada (if they have them?)??

Any help is appreciated. And, please keep your comments to yourself - you'd be amazed if you saw the recovery she has had since using pot instead of 23 different prescription pills....

Marijuana will have to be authorized. Millions of US residents smoke it, and it'll under no circumstances quit. Just like alcohol prohibition. They discovered that making it unlawful most effective made it worse. If they had been to keep watch over marijuana, we wouldnt have as many gansters promoting it, or men and women combating over it. They will have to promote it for a bit bit over its average fee; 30-35 greenbacks for like one million.2g's, that manner men and women are much less most probably to take a look at and promote it, and not more most probably to make use of it in extra. The executive could earn a living, that is all they're involved with anyhow, and we might get h*gh with out the paranoia. :) It works each methods.California is an a**gap. Medical marijuana card holders are being arrested for possesion daily. Its ridiculous. Granted, the United States states that marijuana is unlawful in each and every style, however CA. says it's authorized for medicinal functions. So for this reason sure, medicinal customers can also be arrested underneath U.S. legislation, however thats like being in a position to buy a pipe from a smoke store, after which getting a price tag at the manner house for possesion of paraphenilia! we want extra of a democracy and not more of a dictatorship.

doesnt matter. a state can have medical marijuana laws, but FEDERAL LAW trumps state / local laws. She'd still be committing a federal crime.
