No, it is a community problem, which could be resolved by the community.
Do you really think that 15-20 young street toughs can stand up to an entire community and win?
They only win when the community gives up and lets them take over.

It is the problem of the community. The only thing these scum understand is someone tougher then they are. If the communities started fighting back they would be forced to leave. I assure you that if anyone messed with me or my family they would find out what damage a .357 bullet between their eyes would do. I know this is a little over the top but this is the only thing the gangs understand. Just start shooting them. They are worthless anyways.

the team subject is in basic terms no longer solved by potential of tension. and that's in basic terms no longer solved immediately whether rational efforts are made. There have now been various generations pressured into hopeless poverty, enabled by potential of government supply-away courses. First step could be to deprive gangs of money by potential of legalizing all drugs. Prohibition would not paintings and has continuously led to criminal companies. 2d step could be for the government to end stealing from each and every person, which might bring about extra valid activity opportunities for each guy or woman. 0.33 step could be to end allowing specific regulations for companies which forestall small agencies from competing. Why is it that i will improve pigs and chickens on my farm, produce a good product to something you will hit upon in a grocery tale, yet whether I do be waiting to locate a purchaser, i'm going to lose money on the industry fee? and that i do no longer even count selection the fee of my very own hard paintings. something is fairly incorrect whilst it is the case. There are extra issues that should be executed, yet considering not one of the 1st 3 will ever take place, there is no element in going into it. Failure of the classic kin isn't the reason in the back of this us of a's problems, it is the result.

Gang violence is a problem for every citizen of the country. It is open, in the presence of Innocent people, and quoting Carlos Mencia, " they seldom hit what they aim at"! They usually take out an Innocent bystander, because they aren't very good at what they do!

No, every citizen has an obligation to protect themselves and their loved ones...the police can't be everywhere at once.
The patriotic and civic-minded citizen will obtain a CCW permit and familiarize themselves with marksmanship and firearms. They will carry their concealed weapon wherever they go, to defend themselves and innocents against the criminal element.
