Generally, there is a end of the day report called an activity log. The records department is responsible to produce an end of the month activity report which covers all officers. Individual officer's performance is not generally released to the public, but you can try with a Freedom of Information Act request. Good luck.

Hope this helps.

Activity is usually marked on the check off log at the end of the day, and all individuals work is kept on a separate log, or roster for efficiency purposes. I'm sure there are different names for it.

Do you mean a Rap sheet?

Oops...saw your addition at the end. Different Departments call it different things. Daily Report.

My own agency refers to the document as an "End of Month Activity Report."

Best wishes.
