when they typed up my lease, they listed my rent at 300.00$ less than what it is, its on every page but their charging me what they say is the full price, should i push it?

i would bring their discrepancy to their attention. bring in the original contract to the landlord. actually, you could lose in court if you wanted to pursue it because you willingly paid the amount that negotiated and have been paying that amount.

If i were you i would start paying the amount on your lease. when they ask for the rest tell them you're paying it because the amount says otherwise. if the lease is signed by both parties and it clearly states that the amount is x dollars they will not be permitted to offer any evidence in court that says it was x + 300 dollars. it's called the parol evidence rule you can search it and find the answers.

Whatever rent is listed on the lease is the amount payable, providing they signed the lease and so did you. It is a legal document.

Don't push it. Your paying what you agreed to pay when you moved in. That's only right.

They may be cheating on their taxes by showing that they are collecting less than what they are. But, that's on them. It doesn't affect you.

If they are "keeping costs low" it may be to your benefit. They may have to raise your rent otherwise.
