Can I apply for my CA drivers permit?

I am on probation as of a year ago and last month at a court review I was "relieved of supervision".. which means that I am still on probation but I don't have to check-in or follow the terms of probation like curfew, etc. One of the terms of my probation is that I can not receive my license until im 17. But since I was relieved of supervision does this mean that I can get my license now? If i call the dmv will they be able to tell me? Also, when would be too early to start driving school? How long is the completion certificate good for?

Call your probation officer. They will be able to better explain the terms of your current probation. If you can't get a hold of them, or don't have any one specific PO, any representative of your local California Youth Authority/County (whichever you fell under) probation department should be able to help you.

I think the DMV could answer this better than anybody here could. You might want to even call a couple different times, different people maight give different answers. Good Kuck.

The questions relating to the attempt are all particularly worry-loose. in case you have paid interest on your mothers and fathers using you need to get a minimum of 0.5 of them precise. end by potential of your community DoT and p.c.. up a learner's enable learn e book. it is going to offer you 10x the suggestions which would be on the attempt. And in case you fail the 1st time, don't be dissatisfied. I failed it my first time and got here close to to failing it once I had to retake it (after dropping my license). Plus in case you do fail, you could in basic terms memorize which of them you acquire incorrect (they're going to teach you and supply you the wonderful answer) and pass returned the following day to retake it :) sturdy success
