Because as long as you are registered that is all that is required.

First, I saw you name, there is NO SUCH THING as an ex-sex offender! It did not say if you were given jail time or probation. Your are legally required to report your where abouts, usually at least once a year. In most states it is considered a felony for not reporting and you can be sentenced to jail time for it. You do not state if you were a peeping tom, flasher or molester. All are considered sex offenses. Tell the truth about your offense. They are probably hunting for you and just don't know where to find you.

i think of they are instructed to sign in, somewhat in the event that they are on probation or have already served their time, of path it is barely for convicted intercourse offenders. i don't rather think of it is an "threat", it rather is greater of a call for. whilst they are positioned on probation, they are required to sign in and whilst they pass away the slammer, they are required to sign in. this would nicely be a sparkling device that has extremely been put in to place in the previous couple of years. There are intercourse offenders from greater desirable than a decade in the past that have been lost in the mixture of inhabitants that are actually not registered. in the event that they commit a criminal offense returned, then they could be tracked and required to sign in.

first at least in our area, they don't have and use GPS, once released and sentence is over, they only have to report where they live.

Guess they did not check on where you lived, and you decided to break the law and did not care, of course a sex offender would not care about which other laws they broke.

Guess you did not tell them you went there,

So go report what you have done, and they will take care of it.

in most states registered sex offenders have to have a sign stating that you are a sex offender in your front yard. it is up to the state law on weather they require you to have a gps, or on where you can live.

The better question is, "Why are you broadcasting this on the internet?" Don't you know that anyone in the world, including police and other authorities, can read what you post and fairly easily find your location?

You've got issues mate.

But in answer to your somewhat warped question. Maybe your country's legal system is as f-cked up as any other country's. Maybe you fell through the cracks like so many do.
