Yes no San Fransisco Police Department markings on the person or bike just curvilain clothes with a 30 ltr pack. He had Niterider Digital police system lights flashing blue and red, siren screaming and a very bright tail light. He was heading towards Golden gate brigde in a hurry. Do police bike patrol do undercover work, its very unusal to see them without hi viz markings, looked very strange indeed.

What are the differences between these two terms. Something that is specific. If you were going to pursue a charge against a person for taking your car without permission and they wrecked it. Is there a difference in criminal charges. Does it vary by state? Any suggestions?

I was in Sainsbury’s the other day with the wife and our two y o little girl.

You know where all the products the are appealing to children are stored on the bottom shelves so kids will nag their parents to buy them. Well my wife made my little girl cry because she wont buy every single thing on the bottom shelf.

Plus, the little’n was breaking half the stuff.

In the end I said that if super markets want to get my child to nag me, then my child was more than welcome to destroy every tou she came across.

Do the have the right to make me buy any of this broken stuff.

A clerk said I would be.
I said that I had not entered into a contract with them yet and displaying the goods was an invitation to treat. And there for I had not requested to purchase anything.
They looked blankly at me and I walked off (thank god for stupid people.)

Can they ever make me pay?

A servent steals his owner's watch; when owner comes to know about it he does not file any complaint to police, forgives him & says to keep that watch with him forever.
Later after 4 yrs that servent tells this story to his friend.
Here limitation period (3 yrs) to file any complaint of theft against that servent has passed from the side of that owner but........
In case this friend becomes JEALOUS & want to get that servant punished WILL YOU SAY LIMITATION TIME FROM HIS SIDE STARTS FROM THE MOMENT HE LISTENS THAT STORY AND HE CAN FILE A COMPLAINT OF THEFT AGAINST SERVANT & GET HIM PUNISHED.
