Yes in India, he can file complaint under section 190 of Criminal Procedure Code,1973 before the competent magistrate for the offence that amounts to the act intended to insult the modesty of a woman or intruduction upon the privacy of any woman as provided under section 509 of Indian Penal Code.

The act of the advocate may amount to other kind of Misconduct under the Advocate's Act. The jealous advocate cannot seek any proceedings before the Bar Council of that state as complaints by the aggrieved persons are only entertained.

no the co-worker can not, the co-worker has no legal saying in this case. the only person that can get the advocate in trouble is the woman and she will not take any action.

No. Before a person can bring a lawsuit, he/she must have what is called "standing". That means that his/her legal interest has been violated. I doubt that a co-worker meets the standing requirement to bring a suit.

no, the co worker will have no legal standing to file a complaint, since he was not a party to the action

When the purported 'victim' is not interested even after knowing the 'breach' of privacy, and the said 'victim' is adult enough and mentally absolutely fit, then the matter ends here. Others cannot poke their nose here.
