Some female model gets her snapped ,sells those photos & negatives to that photographer by signing a contract that he can use them for his further earnings without asking her.
Can... this photographer further sell those photos &negatives to some other person for his personnal collection of models' unused
photographs IN LEGAL SENSE?????
Here this new buyer will just keep them & not use them further for earning.

In contract she has signed that she has given 100% ownership to that photographer & no kind of payment will be given to her in future about any use of those photos & negatives.

No legal infringement if these photographs are sold to another person for his personal collection as there is no further sale,let to hire, distribute, circulate, publish, or cause to be published, or arrange or take part in the publication or exhibition of, any advertisement with regard to these photographs if these contains indecent representation of women in any form, let me add what is the meaning of indecent representation of women , it means the depiction in any manner of the figure of a woman; her form or body or any part thereof in such way as to have the effect of being indecent, or derogatory to, or denigrating women, or is likely to deprave, corrupt or injure the public morality or morals.

When the model has signed the contract to the effect that her photographer can earn in the future also it is a concluded contract and any number photos regenerated from the negatives can be sold, and the negatives can also be sold. No legal hazzle.

Again you did not include if in the contract she was to be paid for future use, actual ownership is the issue, if she merely saigs a contact that he can use them without asking her, he would still be requried to pay her the contract percentage on the photos. And there was no requirement that they be used, only they could be used.
