And do they have to contact Mexico to collect drugs in the tunnel own the side ?

they contact each other to check both end of the tunnell. If it is on american side, then it is american property. if it is on mexican side, it is a mexican property

We should do to those tunnels what we did in ww2 to The Japanese' tunnels , flame throw them.
