A female does a photo shoot for 'c' brand of garments, an gets full payment for it ,further she sells all those photos and negatives by signing a contract that now photographer can use them in any way he wants .
Further photographer sells some UNUSED photos to his friend for the advertisement of his garment shop without asking her.
Will it be an illegal act by him if that lady later complains about it?

i could have sworn it was on the 15. but i guess not :/ i just took a look at my ticket and it says my court date was today, and i MISSED IT! the ticket is for speeding, an infraction. is there anything i can do to avoid extra fine or point????

i get a speeding ticket in a school zone its marked 20at all times. i admitt i was doing 30 but the cop said i was doing 45 no way i just pulled out of another street anyway. he doesnt give me a ticket because i cant find my license so he tells me to meet him back at the office after i get off work 3 hrs later. so i do. he shuts the door and proceeds to tell me that if he gives me a ticket for 45 in 20 i go to court but if he writes it as 30 in 20 its a fine only and did i want him to be nice or not? i said i guess i want the 30 since thats how fast i was going. and he said well its not just that easy. he said i could be really nice and throw the ticket away. (this cop has a rep for picking up women and letting them go for sex but i didnt believe it) anyway at that time i just said i think you should start writing that tick. he said but i could still be nice. and i said you do what you need to do and let me leave please he wrote it for 30 do you think he was offering me sex? or what?

I'm looking for my dad. I know the details surrounding his "death" that I've always been told, but for awhile now I havent believed he's dead simply because whenever I tell anyone they get this real skeptical attitude about it & start asking questions. The questions are fine, but all I have to answer with are the answers I've been given. And now that Ive been thinking about it the story has enough holes in it to be swiss cheese. Thing is...how do I find him? Yes there is a grave, but noone has ever acted sad over it and theres NO funeral records anywhere for him(how weird is this...my gramma used to dress us up & take us for picnic & pics by it.) My family gets all bunched up & secretive if I ever ask. I have found a ssdi record for the details theyve told me, but a law friend told me that that could mean nothing because sometimes people do that & become someone entirely new. If this happened, how do I find him? Also, please no rude or pointless answers.Thanks so much. (=

I am having to go to court for the 2nd time for assult and battery, I never touched him. He self mutilates himself before the police get there. He was a sheriff-deputy for 10 yrs, and probation/parole officer for 27yrs. He knows the system. My lawyer said as long as we both refused to talk, they can't charge either of us, and I am a nurse and I do not need this crap. I have never been in any trouble. We are separated.

Say you are sitting on a bus bench alone can the police arrest you for smoking weed even though a DR ordered it. It is legal by state law. Would the police arrest you anyway dispite having poof you have Dr's orders and the state say's medical weed is legal ?

last night i was going to my moms house now i had noticed a cop car right behind me all the way from a gas station i was doing everything right speed, signals,etc. all of a sudden they pull me over well when the cop went up to my car he asked do you know why i pulled you over i replied no he said your headlights weren't on i'm positive that they were..well at the end he still gave me a ticket but on the ticket he said i ran a stop sign. i know that street very well and we never passed a stop sign. i have never gotten a ticket before so i didn't read it carefully and didn't notice it .. what can i do?? and is it too late to call and ask the officer about it???

Is it illigal in the state of Pennsylvania? And if you turn the person(s) in what will the cops do? Cause my boyfriend told me that if they arrest them they will arrest the other people in the same house that don't do it, is that true?

2 Bank Workers Killed in Alabama Robbery

BESSEMER, Ala. (AP) - A gunman fatally shot two bank employees during a robbery Monday morning at a Wachovia branch, authorities said.

Deputies later shot one suspect as he left the bank with a gun held to a female hostage's head, and they were searching for a possible second suspect, a Jefferson County sheriff's spokesman told The Birmingham News. The spokesman said two other employees were shot and wounded.

The conditions of the wounded employees and the suspect were not immediately known. Calls to the sheriff's department and Bessemer police for additional details were not immediately returned.

Wachovia spokeswoman Evelyn Mitchell said bank officials were working with police and the FBI.

"It's a terrible day for Wachovia," Mitchell told The Birmingham News. "Our hearts are with our employees and their families right now."

Bessemer is about 15 miles southwest of Birmingham.

True Story, but a funny.

Woman calls up police department because her cat is stuck in a tree... they say they can't help until at least the next day, and animal rescue would have to come.

It was approaching darkness, and her response was, "He can't stay out there all night, there's coyotes in the woods."

Do you get it?

As soon as she said it, she realized it, and they both got a laugh at least!

My neighbor's have people that visit them at least 2-3 times a week. Their dog is never on a leash and comes in my yard and barks at my cats. And/or does his buisness and then goes back.
I know there's a leash law in my state. I know I can call the police and have them talk to her.
I open the door and look out and give her 'the look'. I don't say nothing to her because I am not out to start trouble. BUT, today her dog came in my yard once again and was barking at my cat.
I want to know if I should talk to the owner of the dog first, and mention to her about the leash laws, or over look it because the dog isn't really causing any trouble other than barking?

my boyfriend does not have a drivers liscense. he is going to buy a car from a friend

he wants me to get the title in my name, and tag the car. he will get insurance on the car (can he do that without a liscense???)

Anyhow, if he gets pulled over driving without a license, can i get in trouble?
