Is there a statute of limitations on a warrant for Simple Burglary in the State of Louisiana?

A statute of limitations applies to CHARGING you with the crime. Once a warrant is issued, it generally never expires.

If you are on the arrest list if you go to the state then I would suggest you never go back.
