Yes and every child needs to use a belt or be in a safety seat depending on size and weight.

In some states it's the law only requires the front seat to wear belts. It depends where you live. If you think about it though, how many casualties have you heard of due to the person not wearing their seatbelt? Wear it everytime, some day might arrive where you might be grateful you did.

Seat belts were invented by lazy Paramedics. They hate to go looking for the bodies after a bad crash.
Of course you have to wear seat belts!.

Why would they not to wear seat restraints? Recently we saw a good example of a state Governor not wearing a seat belt and what happened to him.
