i looked up my bfs case and it has that on there. when i spoke with him i couldn't remeber what it said so maybe someone here can help me out. thank you

"FRA SUSP" is the result of a summons received for a failure under the Financial Responsibility Act (FRA)!
It would appear that your B/F failed to maintain auto insurance, received a summons, and possibly failed to appear in court and therefore had his license suspended.

FRA Suspension is also known as Financial Responsibility Act Suspension.
Your boyfriend was probably driving without vehicle insurance.
