Assuming there are no traffic lights or signs that indicate otherwise the person turning right goes first (or in most cases if both going right you can both go because you will not interfer with each other), if both turning left the first one to the intersection.

Be careful though because many people believe that it is always the first one there goes first no matter what as this is true in situations that are signed "all stop", "two way stop", "three way stop" etc. Also be careful on assuming you know which way the person is going based on what lane they are in or the signal they are showing because they may have made a mistake.

Whoever is there first has the right of way. If there at the same time, the left turn yields to the person going straight or the right turn.

If both are turning left the first one there has the right away and if you got there at the same time both turning left you are supposed to turn behind each other if not common courtesy applies.

Instead of worrying about who is right or who has the right away, try a little courtesy and wave the other driver to go ahead.
It really doesn't matter if there's an accident and both cars have to go to the shop. It's a lot of BS to go through just for the sake of being able to say "I.m right. "
