I got a ticket with 2 violations one for making a right turn on a red light without stopping and one for running the light before it turned green. The thing is that the officer somehow put down the wrong street and that street that they put does not have a light at that intersection. The street is wrong for both inractions so would they remove only that one violation because there is no light at the given intersection or will the entire ticket be dissmissed? can you please help? thank you

Many prisons are overcrowded, so the result is a revolving-door justice system. We need to lock criminals up and KEEP them there!

It doesn't have to cost alot. The Sheriff of Maricopa County, Arizona has built tent-jails that can house thousands of inmates at a fraction of the cost of traditional buildings.

If I were to test at the end of February. How long before my interview, and knowledge in knowing whether I have been accepted? How long after my acceptance would my training begin?

I was stuck in the snow after avoiding an accident on the highway in Ohio, I was waiting on the tow truck to pull me out and a Police Officer gave me a ticket for operating without reasonable control. Can this charge be dismissed or amended?

I told her I think that if she committed a felony they'd arrest her on the spot. Her court date is March 22 and she's a nervous wreck. I think she may lose her license since she also had a friend in the car before her year trial period was up...but a felony? We're in CA.

Under what circumstances may a police officer discharge his firearm? When you draw the weapon to keep someone from running away, if they do run can you really shoot? When else?

This is an honest question and anyone that finds it "racist"
would also consider a ham sandwich "racist".

The rate of violent crime in black neighborhoods is astronomical. I realize that the police cannot possibly prevent 100% of this crime, but they could make a good dent in it. If the residents would report crime and share information with the police, thousands of lives could be saved every year. I understand many are afraid of reprisals from the thugs, but when are they going to take some responsibility for sweeping the thugs out of their neighborhoods?
The police cannot possibly do it alone.

I've been offered to attend there training school and wanted to see if anybody has worked for them, or know any info on them. It seems like a good oppertunity, but is it really worth it? And, how stable and steady is the work? Thanks!

Hello,

My Aunt left me her Winchester Model 190 22 Rifle when she passed on. This was about 1988 or so.

I kept that rifle polished and in a special case. I hardly ever took it out of the house.

I lived in Ohio at this time and moved to Kentucky, where it was stolen. I had a crackhead steal it and I'm wondering if I can trace it somehow? It was stolen about 1995 and I have been wondering about it.

I think that my Uncle or Aunt signed for it (I know the small town this was done in). I didn't have the serial numbers written down (my mistake, I was young).

I know that it's long gone but I was just wondering about it. It was reported to police and everything.

Is there a way to get the serial numbers and put it on some kind of a hot sheet?

Just courious and thanks for your time.

Prop 1 It is written a man has the right to bear arms
Prop 2 A man has to be alive in order to bear his arms
Prop 3 The definition of "to bear" Bear meaning self defense
Prop 4 If you kill a man or woman you take away his right to bear arms in any matter applicable and or imaginable

Conclusion: Therefore the death penalty is unconstitional
