Everyone should consider it a personal responsibility to cooperate with police. Every person of every race in every neighborhood would benefit from a society where it was considered an honorable thing to assist the police in any way possible. Unfortunately, there are two problems that discourage that cooperation: a witness' own criminal activity could be discovered, and lack of faith that anything will come of it, resulting in the crimnal being free to kill the witnesses.

It is the responsibility of every citizen to cooperate with the law enforcing agency. Now thw question arises why at all those persons do not cooperate? There might be certain socio-economical reasons for it. The Govt has to find out the root cause and try to eradicate involving all concerned.

When they run the city, instead of being prosecuted and charged with the distinction of violence and dishonor to racial and memorial virtue.
This is especially dishonorable with Seattle and Sacramento, these two arise from the gestapo concept of cleaned cities with no refurbishment or pollution, so there is the ambiguity of previous order (somehow) and police will just brutalise the inhabitants in no further claim for peace or opinion for what this could matter to more enthusiastic and perhaps less frantic dwellers or homeowners, certainly sir.
Living with a blindfold over one´s eyes never aids others to see better or with a proper attitude what is said or done. Does this matter? there are a number or kleshas being run out there for the deluded and idiotic.
Have a nice day.

The finest police I've ever known have been black. Cops are my heroes. I had the honor and pleasure of working with cops a lot when I was nursing. I met only a few bad apples. As for "thugs", that's what I call racists.

You are NOT a racist, but the truth hurts those that refuse to believe it. The problem is not blacks cooperated with the police it is with the black family. The fathers need to take responsibility for their children and the mothers need to stop being baby factories. black on black crime is the result. Gangs have killed more blacks than the KKK could have ever dreamed of, think about that.

Never. Period. If the person being questioned does not know the perp, chances are someone in their family, or someone whom they know, have some type of link. In addition, it would be "disrespectin" the bruthas or the sistahs. This question is deemed racist because you have asked a valid question, that show the black race the problems it has created for itself. That, in itself, is entirely unacceptable.

The most ridiculous argument I have heard concerning this issue; a 'black leader' claimed it all goes back to slave days [SURPRISE!].
When a slave stole a chicken or broke a plantation rule, other slaves
would not implicate the guilty party.
Slave days are long past, now they are slaves to their own ignorance.
