me in him argue ALL the time
and he has to confirm things
this one time me and the boys went to go play
basketball in the yard
and they didnt invite him and he threw a temper tantrum
and he pushed me and got sent to solitary for a week
he is my ***** but i still think he should grow up and act like a man and take responsibility
he also sucks up to the guards when i am in trouble
ex: me- i get in trouble for having a bottle of whiskey
him he says to the guard THAT was bad of steave wasnt it
he asks me stupid questions at night when i am trying to go to sleep
he didnt believe me when i told him that a make a lot of money flipping houses on the outside
what should i do?

Don't call this poor man names - He is producing comedy for us. People tell me you could not help but laugh - Lord how this is great stress relief. I don't know who you are but great job. I am still laughing.

Take your toothbrush and rub it back and forth against a brick wall corner until you have created a sharp point. This is called a shiv. Try to get your roommate alone in the shower or at recess and away from guards eyes. If you only want to teach him a lesson stab him in the kidney (lower back left or right). If all attempts of diplomacy have failed than go for a artery in the neck or the inner thigh. Toss the shiv and hope your next roommate is better.

Just play it safe, as long as he is not a pervert should be your biggest worry. That is what I think about each time people go to jail.
I can already see that your cell mate is very immature, I would bascially try and keep clean. Some people go through worse in jail, this is very petty between you and your cell mate.
It becomes what you make it into, if you choose to keep standing up to him or to make it a bigger issue. Weight the pro's and con's to confront your cell mate also to tell him that he is very annoying and leave it there. Establish some borderlines, to me this guy seems like he crosses the line at times. Keep in your best behaviour, you should not be drinking in jail to begin with.

Let him no you are not just a piece of meat and you are special and should be treated with respect. A cell mate is an experience that many people don't have in life and you two should have a good one. Try a candlelight dinner in the mess hall. You could also make someone else your ***** and make him jealous. Then he will come running back into your arms. Have you written him poems or offered? If all else fails just slang him out on the yard for cartons of cigarettes. Show him that you are his big strong man!

First of all if he;s ur ***** and you are having anal I hope ur using a condom. Second of all everything your talking about sounds pretty childish to me. Ignore him or let it go. There are alot worse things going on around the world than what you are experiencing. You both should grow up, and do something more productive while your in jail.
