my nices was arrested for public in tox action and had a bag put over her head and has burse from being draged and toll the police she had adhd and to notifi her dad they did not not for 3.5 hours later she tolled them she was under doctors care and was on medicaion after passing out they took her to the hosptil and and gave her medicaion that had a revires affect on her which is in her medical records it is called adven which mke her out of control.

A group of criminal fellows has framed my friend and toppled his future. He is unnecessarily suffering. He was told until the case is over he cannot legally take action. He was framend under Indian penal code 406, 408, 420. I wonder even today how the courts in india take such cases without proper proof and evidence. Simply bunch of idiots have joined and gave oral evidence at the time of FIR, even charge sheeting has no proper documents to show the crime. The court is simply setting dates. Interrogation of the witness is yet to start and so far it has taken 5 years. The pain is agonising. Could anyone suggest an alternative to this suffering and also how to bring those culprits. Unfortunately his financial position has collapsed. He was senior Marketing Manager.Well known for his skills in Marketing and integrity The company has set him up so that he does not jion any competitor and damaged his name. someone suggest how to go about or help?

One of my favorite scenes in Shrek 2 is Donkey getting all upset about not having his Miranda rights read to him and then Shrek says, "Donkey! You HAVE the right to remain silent! WHat you lack, is the capacity!"
Ok, so who is or was Miranda, anyway? How did these (apparently very misunderstood) rights come to be known as "Miranda"? Just curious... and avoiding finishing some paperwork... Thanks.

Here are a few questions that I have always wondered about cops...

-How do cops know where to go when they are called to...let's say a residence? I guess some cops are very familiar with the areas they work in, but i have lived in the same city for 22 years and couldn't tell you every street. Maybe navigation systems? If so do they put the coordinates of the residence in or is it uploaded into their computer system by satelite?

-Do cops get to keep the standard beretta they are issued or do they turn them in at the end of their shifts?

-Do cops always use the same police cars or do they rotate them with other officers? (I know in some smaller cities they get to take them home, but havn't seen that in too many places.)

Okay ...where do I begin? ... about 4 1/2 years ago.. My boyfriend was wrongly accused of raping a young girl. There was no "Evidence" it was all circumstantial and hear-say. He had a lawyer, but later found out, after the lawyer took off with the money, that he was not barred. Now he and his father were in a situation where they didnt know what the heck to do... you have a young girl saying that this man raped her, your lawyer runs off. and your AFRAID your going to get hit with hard time! Now he and I as well as his family believe that there was a group of men or "boys" that had a vendetta against him. He was framed, I know that it sounds like hes saying what every other man who is or went to prison is saying. but this is not one of those cases! He went to prison for 2 years and was let go.. for RAPE mind you! They did not take blood! he was detained for 3 days before being "arrested" and now he is the Sex Offenders Registry..please he needs his life back youranswers are appreciated

what is the strictest law in your state about guns and if you use a gun to commit a crime... in florida its 10,20,life use a gun 10yrs shot the gun20 yr(even if you shot in the air)shoot someone 20-life ... its a great law....

I was involved in a car accident today and was cited for careless driving which of course I am trying to defend. I ws driving southbound on a major state hwy, when I came upon a stop van going to turn left. I was looking down at my speedometer and was going the speed limit also I had a lot on my mind and was thinking . I think either the van had pulled in front of me or her turning signals were on. However, I cannot recall everything. My question is a police report was done and the lady confess she had her blinkers on and I said I never saw her. Can I get rid of the is ticket and not have my ins. or this on my record. Where is the proof? any advice appreciated. Thank you
